Return requests, handled clearly
CALYVRA™ accepts return requests submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery for eligible non-personalized items.
To be considered, items should be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging and included components. Items showing wear, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or incomplete packaging may not qualify for review.
Personalized items
Because personalized items are prepared specifically from the details provided, return eligibility may be more limited once preparation has started. This does not affect requests involving an item that arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the approved order details.
Starting a request
Email service@vorynella.com with your order details and a short explanation of the request. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photographs to help with review.
Before returning anything
Please wait for written instructions before sending an item back. Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may take longer to process.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
